She combines medication management and brief therapy depending on the needs and preferences of each individual and prioritizes a thorough assessment with the goal of providing a menu of care options. Treatment is as unique as each patient.
About Dr. Tillman
Dr. Jonnae Tillman is board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and holds a doctoral degree as a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). Her training allows her to conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose & prescribe medication, and provide psychotherapy services. She has additional training and 25 years’ experience working in addiction medicine. Dr. Tillman combines psychiatric medication with other evidence-based approaches for more than symptom reduction. We strive for an improved experience of hope, enhanced engagement in relationships, greater productivity, and expansive states of wellness. Treatment combines complementary and alternative approaches, as well as functional medicine and genetics-based principals into practice. Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations. Medication Management. Brief Psychotherapy, including ACT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
Scheduling & Fees
Current patients schedule directly through Dr. Tillman
Regence, Premera, and First Choice will be billed directly. Your card must have Regence, Premera or First Choice printed on the card. We only direct bill to these 3 insurance companies.
Out-of-network: “superbill” statements will be provided for patients to submit directly to their insurance company.
Payment expected on day of service. A credit card on file required as cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are billed in full.
